Every stat decoded — from the five attributes to mobility and formations, plus a 30-city coordinate quick reference.
Transcribed from community guides (K.F.J on cnblogs.com, plus Baidu Tieba and encyclopedia sources) — recorded as-is, without revision. Bracketed notes were added during transcription.
Officer stats explained
- 武 (Valor): battle attack power; soldiers share their general’s Valor, and it grows as levels rise.
- 德 (Virtue): higher values make “gather intel” more effective and enemy officers easier to sway; cannot be changed.
- 忠 (Loyalty): lower means more likely to defect.
- 经 (Experience): gained by defeating enemy generals; levels up officers.
- LEVEL: caps at 8; affects Valor and troop capacity.
- 平/水/山 (unit type): plain / naval / mountain — affects movement and tactics.
- Troops: capacity grows with level.
- Weapon: boosts attack and defense in battle and duels.
Levels & experience
Every 100 enemy soldiers killed grants +1 XP (cumulative); defeating a general grants XP = their Wits ÷ their Valor × 100%.

Movement cost per tile — lower is better. The source lists two value sets (outside/inside parentheses); both are recorded as-is for comparison.
Formations
- 长蛇 (Column): favors sieges and protects cavalry.
- 鹤翼 (Crane wing): favors general actions — duels and fire-bomb throwing; also works for sieges when your Valor/level is high.
- 锋矢 (Arrowhead): best for cutting down troops against large armies.
- 铁锹 (Iron spade): best for capturing generals against small forces.
